Ridgeview is a family company, established in 1994 in the South Downs of Sussex in England, producing sparkling wine from traditional Champagne varieties and methods.
Ridgeview have been awarded over 200 medals and 27 Trophies including English Wine of the Year four times and IWSC Best sparkling wine twice. In 2010 Ridgeview caught global attention when they received the trophy for the best sparkling wine in the Decanter World Wine Awards, the first time this has ever been awarded to a producer outside Champagne.
Ridgeview now have listings in three of the world’s current top 50 restaurants in Sydney, New York and Holland. Ridgeview sparkling wines were recently served for The Queen’s official Diamond Jubilee celebrations and to President Obama for his state banquet held at Buckingham Palace.

Ridgeview produce a range of wines from tradtional blends Cavendish & Bloomsbury, Blanc de Blan Grosvenor, Blanc de Noir Knightsbridge and two Rosés Fitzrovia and Victoria. Ridgeview also produce exclusive label wines South Ridge for Laithwaites and Marksman for Marks & Spencer.
The winery is open Monday to Friday between 11am and 4pm for tastings and sales, also Saturdays March to December (excluding Oct) 11am to 4pm. Ridgeview holds tours of the vineyard and winery followed by a tutored tasting for individuals one Saturday a month at £15 per person, places must be booked in advance.
The wines are available direct from Waitrose, Wine Society, Laithwaites, Sunday Times Wine Club, Berry Bros, Virgin Wines, Marks & Spencer.and other speciality retailers or direct through the Ridgeview web-site. On-trade via Enotria World Wines
