Vineyard Event In Store Tasting
This exclusive session starts with a short introduction from the vineyard about why we keep bees here at Albury, followed by an introduction into bees and bee-keeping with our bee-keeper Sergio. Learn about the equipment and tools used by bee-keepers, and get a glimpse inside one of our Albury hives.
You'll be suited up as a bee-keeper yourself, and so able to handle the frames and enjoy a close-up view of the busy workers. After your demonstration, you'll return to the vineyard barn for a question and answer session with Sergio whilst enjoying a glass of Albury's award-winning Classic Cuvée and some home-made honey cake.

Vineyard Event Food & Wine Event In Store Tasting
A rare opportunity to visit and tour this vineyard near Burnham Beeches. The vineyard situated in three acres behind a 17th century farmhouse, was planted from scratch by the current owners and is now growing 5 different grape varieties as well as their own bubbly. Entrance by pre-booked ticket only.
Summer Garden Party -
On 26th August Ridgeview will be hosting their Summer Garden Party, which is set to be a fun-filled family day!
With stunning panoramic views of the South Downs, Ridgeview bar, food from their friends at Garlic Wood Farm (food served from 1-3pm) and plenty to keep you entertained, it's the perfect way to start your Bank Holiday weekend.
They will have live music, tours of the vineyard & winery and Poppy's Parties will be returning to entertain the little ones. The day will run from 12noon all the way through to 6pm, so feel free to visit either for a couple of hours or stay to enjoy the whole day!
Included in the adult ticket price is a welcome glass of Ridgeview sparkling wine, a tour of the vineyards & winery and lunch provided by Garlic Wood Farm.
Included in the children's ticket price is a welcome bottle of Wobblegate juice, drama workshops with Poppy the Superhero and lunch.
Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available to purchase on the day from our Ridgeview bar.
Giffords Hall Vineyard in Hartest, Suffolk is offering a wide range of Tours.
Their fully-guided Grand Tour, includes a talk on the grape varieties they grow and the wines they produce, followed by a tasting and presentation of three wines and three liqueurs. There is also time to stop off at their on-site cafe for cakes, coffee and ice creams, or why not take a look around the vineyard’s very own shop.

Ridgeview are excited to announce that we are collaborating with the extremely talented Matt Gillan for a one-off dinner at his Brighton restaurant Pike & Pike. They will be celebrating the end of the Brighton & Hove Food Festival and their up-coming harvest with this exclusive event.
Chef Matt Gillan previously held a Michelin star at The Pass restaurant at South Lodge and was the 2016 winner of the main course in the Great British Menu.
Visitors can sample a selection of Greyfriars' award-winning old and new wines, and there will be the opportunity to meet the winemakers, vineyard manager and the rest of the Greyfriars Team.
Guided tours of the vineyard and detailed discussions about the wine making process will be available on the day.
Warden Abbey's big day of the year, and main fund-raiser! Come and discover the story of the medieval vineyard and abbey, why and how the monks made wine, and how Warden Abbey care for the vines all year round. There will be tours, wine tastings, the “pop up” wine school, other local food stalls, animal encounters with Teaching Talons, Morris Dancing, BBQ and other refreshments. Taste and buy their latest wines.
The vineyard, near Old Warden, ih/cheque only please)s now run as a community and education project by Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity and cared for year round by volunteers. The Open Day is organised by the Friends of Warden Abbey Vineyard.

This summer Hush Heath are running FOUR evening tours to offer visitors an exclusive opportunity to see the estate in a different light. Starting at 6pm, they will be guided around their immaculate vineyard, apple orchards, ancient oak woodlands and Winery, finishing off with a tutored tasting with 6 of their wines & ciders in the Hush Heath marquee.
For those after something a little more substantial than a liquid dinner, Hush Heath recommend booking a table at one of their local pubs afterwards: The Goudhurst Inn (last week named in The Times' 30 best Pubs for Summer) or The Tickled Trout.

Each festival will feature over 100 international wines including champagnes and premium wines, alongside wine experts and producers.
Local wines and producers will also feature with their own special section to celebrate the strength and diversity of wine production in Surrey and West Sussex. In addition, there will also be music, entertainment, concessions, food, money-off wine vouchers and more.
Each festival will also host a blind wine tasting and raffle which will support two local charities in those areas.
Entry to each festival will be just £10 per session if booked in advance, with 10 wine tokens also available at a reduced price of £15 when booked together.

Well known for her regular television appearances on Ready Steady Cook, Great Food Live and This Morning, Lesley is also a former Head Tutor of Leith's School of Food & Wine. Originally a Londoner born & bred, Lesley was quickly charmed by the beauty of the West Dorset area and inspired by the superb quality of the fresh local produce available right on her doorstep. She likes to cook seasonal food whenever possible and her simple, modern style creates dishes that are easy to recreate with stunning results.
The evening starts with a sparkling reception. Guests will be greeted by Lesley and Rebecca with a glass of Furleigh Estate fizz and canapés prepare by Lesley and her team. They will then move to the cookery school where Lesley will cook a three course dinner before our eyes. Rebecca will talk about the wines you are about to enjoy and why they have been chosen to go with each course. Each course will then be served with matching Furleigh Estate wines. Finally, at the end of the evening, guests will leave with a full tummy, smiles on their faces and a goody bag containing recipes cards and an exclusive Furleigh Estate wine chiller.
